Il residence è composto da unità abitative in schiera, tutte ubicate al piano terra e con ingresso indipendente, posto auto, completamente arredati e tutti dotati di aria climatizzata, lavatrice e Tv color. Tutti gli angoli cottura sono provvisti di stoviglie e pentole e su richiesta, fornisce anche la biancheria in generale la quale, non è inclusa. Ogni appartamento e dotato di un piccolo spazio all’aperto, prospiciente l’alloggio dove gli occupanti lo utilizzano per pranzare/cenare all’aperto, stendere il bucato sull’apposito stendi panni dato in dotazione dal residence.
